Chasselas 2018 of the Domaine de la Croix in Bursins 

This white wine with a pale colour offers a discreet nose with white fruit notes, which we find in the mouth in an intense way. The mouth is fresh, long, mineral, with a very fine carbonic. A lemony note is also present on the finish.

This Chasselas with notes of citrus and peaches will be perfect for your aperitifs. It is a joyful, fruity wine with a light carbonic. It is full of freshness.

Cohésion 2018 of the La Croix Domain in Bursins.

A blend of Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir and Dornfelder, this wine has a dark garnet colour and offers a very elegant nose with beautiful fruity (black fruit) and slightly spicy notes.

The palate is rich, supple and structured at the same time. It is fresh, delicate, with beautiful, very fine tannins. It is a greedy wine, with notes of spices on the finish.

Awards: This wine was named best supermarket blend sold in 2019 by the Bon à Savoir magazine.

This Gamaret has a beautiful dark garnet colour. It is ideal to accompany structured meals as well as red meats and cheeses of character. It is a wine with a high ageing potential!

The rosé of my dreams 2018 from the Domaine de la Croix at Bursins 

The Rosé de mes Rêves is a Gamay rosé.

The nose offers a beautiful intensity on notes of red fruits, including redcurrant which is very present and intense.

The palate is supple, fine, fresh and balanced. It is a pleasant, fine, fresh and greedy wine. It will refresh your sunny days and will be an ideal aperitif wine!

It will go perfectly with a mint tabbouleh, tuna with olives, couscous, cucumbers with cream, or with summer salads, salmon and fine meats. It goes very well with beautiful cooked vegetable dishes such as cannelloni, stuffed tomatoes and aubergine gratin as well as with spicy Asian specialities.

You can also serve it with a fresh goat cheese or with your desserts.

This Pinot Blanc 2017 from the Domaine de la Croix à Bursins has a lovely pale yellow colour.

Nose on notes of yellow fruit: peach, pomelos, fat and fine on the palate, with a pleasant liveliness on the finish with a discreet sparkle.

Well-balanced in the mouth with a very present fruitiness until the finish. It rests on a measured acidity. Slightly mineral character on the finish with a smoky note. A wine more gastronomic than an aperitif.

Perfect to accompany fish, white meat, cheese and salads.

The Pinot Noir 2018 from the Domaine de la Croix in Bursins has a medium-intensity ruby colour. An open nose with notes of black fruits such as elderberry, cherry and blackberry. The palate is slender, frank, with still young tannins that need to be rounded off a little. It is well-balanced and long on the palate.

This wine will go very well with grilled meat, red and white meats, terrines, cheese, potato salads and tapas.
