Ingredients for a dip cup:
300 gr broccoli 1 onion 1 garlic clove 1 lemon 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 bunch coriander (or parsley according to your taste) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper
Cook the broccoli, drain them and run them under cold water.
In a blender, put the broccoli, the onion chopped in big chunks, the garlic, the juice of a lemon and the olive oil.
Blend then add salt, pepper and the chopped coriander.
Allow to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes or serve right away!
