Organic and GRTA Geneva spiny cardoon. Produced by the Red Cross greenhouses in the Geneva countryside (see description below). The cardoon is cooked and ready to use. Drain and rinse it before heating it. Weight 500gr net drained. To be kept away from light because it preserves "à l'ancienne".
