This pack is designed for 2 people for a week.
With this option you can easily follow the guidelines of the Swiss society of nutrition which recommends eating about 5 portions of fruits and vegetables each day. One portion is equal to 120gr, for one week, 2 people need about 8.5kg. This pack contains about 11.5 kg to compensate for the water lost during the cooking process and give you more flexibility. The ingredients of this pack can be eaten cooked, in salads, soups, quiche and more ! The options are countless.
