Pan-fried heart of tuna
Tasty and barely cooked fluffy fish. Tchss-Tchss.
- Season the fish, pepper and oil each side. (Depending on your taste, add curry, sesame seeds or Provence herbs.)
- Heat a non-stick pan over high heat.
- Sear the tuna for two minutes on each side.
The tuna will be semi-cooked, pink at heart. Serve with lemon.
