La Braise d'Enfer is a dry white wine (vol. alc. 12.2%) fermented for a long time at low temperature in steel vats and then in casks. It is a racy and generous wine imbued with a terroir whose beautiful minerality reveals fruity aromas tinged with a hint of flint. Served chilled (10°C) as an aperitif, it will rekindle your passion for chasselas. Ideal with fish, seafood and cheese dishes.
This wine is made from a chasselas grape variety grown in integrated production in the terraced vineyards and hand-picked between the end of September and mid-October in the Epesses - Lavaux AOC vineyard.
Distinctions: Gold Medal - Mondial du Chasselas 2020 and Silver Medal - Selection of Vaud 2020 wines.

Served well chilled (10°C), it presents fruity, fond and charming notes. The rapid ripening of this wine makes it the troubadour of the aperitif from spring onwards. Ideal with fish, seafood and cheese dishes.
This wine is made from a Chasselas grape variety grown in integrated production in the terraced vineyards and hand-picked between the end of September and mid-October in the Villette Lavaux AOC vineyard.
