The Pinot Noir 2018 from the Domaine de la Croix in Bursins has a medium-intensity ruby colour. An open nose with notes of black fruits such as elderberry, cherry and blackberry. The palate is slender, frank, with still young tannins that need to be rounded off a little. It is well-balanced and long on the palate.

This wine will go very well with grilled meat, red and white meats, terrines, cheese, potato salads and tapas.
