Ideal for 2-3 people // Preparation Time: 15 min // Cooking Time: 10 min. A simple recipe to make. Start by washing the mussels and putting them under cold water. Next, put them in a saucepan and add about 40g of butter and 60g of shallots (diced) as well as parsley. Finish by adding white wine (about 10cl) and pepper. Let cook on high heat with a lid. As soon as the mussels are open, take the saucepan off the heat. Stir regularly during the cooking time. This kit only includes the mussels but we encourage you to purchase the other items needed on MagicTomato.ch.

Fresh homemade bolognese tagliatelle that everyone loves!

Fresh tagliatelle in Bolognese sauce (pure beef) homemade according to Italian tradition! A 100% natural recipe.

To make this dish, nothing could be simpler: in a small saucepan, heat the Bolognese sauce over low heat. In another large pan, cook the fresh tagliatelle for 3 minutes in boiling salted water.

Place the previously drained pasta in a deep dish. Optional: add a knob of butter to the pasta and mix. All you have to do is pour the Bolognese sauce over the tagliatelle and enjoy!

For a complete experience, we strongly recommend adding grated Parmiggiano Reggiano available in the cheese tab.

The burger GRTA produced with the beef of Choulex, in Geneva by Cédric Goumaz, homemade in 5 minutes with the top quality ingredients (beef burger of the day from the "Boucherie du Palais"). We have also added potatoes to cook in the oven… Wash, cut into quarters, sprinkle with a little oil, spices, a little salt and in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes ! h5. h4. Easy recipe, perfect as a summer starter, fresh and light : Melon Charantais and Geneva raw ham freshly cut by our artisan Traiteur A. Vidonne, in Carouge. h5. Halve the melon. Remove the pips with a spoon, than cut the melon halves into quarters and remove the skin. Put the melon quarters onto a plate, then place the slices of raw ham. Sprinckle with chopped basil. h5. Serve very cold. h5. Note : the basil is not included in the pack, but you add it.

Cooking tip: fry the veal schnitzels on both sides in a buttered pan on medium heat, then lower the heat to low and allow to cook thoroughly according to the thickness.
