Sweet wine made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris and Chasselas grapes. This sweet wine is partially aged in barrels. With fruity and floral notes, this sweet wine has a nice acidity and the sweetness remains discreet. Perfect with cheese platter, foie gras or even as it is !

The 2019 Chasselas Grand Cru of Domaine de Bellevue is made from a white grape variety native to the Lake Geneva basin.

It has a limpid pale yellow colour and a discreet nose with aromas of lime blossom, white peach and pear.

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with cheese-based dishes (raclette, fondue, malakoffs, Mont d'Or vacherin, gruyère...) but also with freshwater fish.

Ideally, it should be eaten chilled, between 10 and 12° and kept between 2 and 5 years.

The estate is currently undergoing organic conversion.

Cuvée 2019 des Farboilles produced by the Munier family.

This slightly sweet chasselas made from a white grape variety and originating from the Lake Geneva basin has a limpid pale yellow colour.

It offers a discreet nose with aromas of lime blossom, white peach and pear.

Ideal served chilled (between 10 and 12 degrees) as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with typical Swiss cheese dishes or freshwater fish dishes.

La Braise d'Enfer is a dry white wine (vol. alc. 12.2%) fermented for a long time at low temperature in steel vats and then in casks. It is a racy and generous wine imbued with a terroir whose beautiful minerality reveals fruity aromas tinged with a hint of flint.
Served chilled (10°C) as an aperitif, it will rekindle your passion for chasselas.

Cuvée 2019 of Gamay rosé and Gamaret Follenvie produced by the Munier family.

This rosé of Gamay and Gamaret macerated for a few hours before being vinified as a white wine has a pink colour. 

It offers a pleasantly powerful nose.

Ideal served chilled (between 10 and 12 degrees) as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with poultry dishes, white meats, grills, salads and Italian dishes.

Handcrafted made in small quantities, Gin du Vallon is distinguished by its fresh and floral aromas. All stages of production are carried out by hand in the Le Vallon district of Lausanne. The herbs include juniper berries, lemon zest, laurel, cardamom, oriental spices, different kinds of pepper and smoked tea. 40% vol. of alcohol

Petit Versailles Rosé Vaudois is a rosé wine from the Vaud region (Pinot Noir and Gamay, alc. vol. 12.5 %). Once picked, the crushed grapes rest for a few hours before being pressed in order to obtain a light extraction of colour which gives the wine all its freshness and fruitiness. It rests for about 7 months in enamelled steel vats before being bottled.

Served well chilled (10°C), it has a pink colour with grey tints. The light and festive wine bouquet gives off white peach scents and an early morning rose perfume. It is supple, round and caressing: an elegant and convivial wine to share with friends or family.

Ideal with your aperitif, grilled meats, or other summer salads.
