This wine was elected best Swiss organic wine in 2015, best Vaud organic wine in 2019 and was awarded the Gold Medal Selection Vins Vaudois in 2019. It is a rich and structured blend that goes perfectly with game meat and full-bodied cheeses. 13.5%vol. of alcohol

Sweet wine made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris and Chasselas grapes. This sweet wine is partially aged in barrels. With fruity and floral notes, this sweet wine has a nice acidity and the sweetness remains discreet. Perfect with cheese platter, foie gras or even as it is !

Classified Demeter, this historic chasselas is a beauty. And what's more, 2018 is an exceptional vintage! After 5 years in biodynamics; it was clear that this vintage would be "different".

Wine is more than 2000 different molecules. The time has come to practice a more global oenology, far from current stereotypes, whose only goal is to save time (and money). Biodynamics exhales its perfumes, bringing us towards new horizons of tastes and emotions. With a vineyard rich of fauna and flora, the benefits of our Earth are more vibrant and abundant. The famous "terrain" receives honors far from the sanitized tastes of industrial winemaking. Our work is concentrated around 2-3% of the finished product; polyphenols, acids, aromatic molecules, antioxidants, anthocyanins. So many virtues that only wine brings together... a real rediscovery of the traditional chasselas, sensations guaranteed!

The 2019 Chasselas Grand Cru of Domaine de Bellevue is made from a white grape variety native to the Lake Geneva basin.

It has a limpid pale yellow colour and a discreet nose with aromas of lime blossom, white peach and pear.

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with cheese-based dishes (raclette, fondue, malakoffs, Mont d'Or vacherin, gruyère...) but also with freshwater fish.

Ideally, it should be eaten chilled, between 10 and 12° and kept between 2 and 5 years.

The estate is currently undergoing organic conversion.

This slightly sweet chasselas made from a white grape variety and originating from the Lake Geneva basin has a limpid pale yellow colour.

It offers a discreet nose with aromas of lime blossom, white peach and pear.

Ideal served chilled (between 10 and 12 degrees) as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with typical Swiss cheese dishes or freshwater fish dishes.

La Braise d'Enfer is a dry white wine (vol. alc. 12.2%) fermented for a long time at low temperature in steel vats and then in casks. It is a racy and generous wine imbued with a terroir whose beautiful minerality reveals fruity aromas tinged with a hint of flint.
Served chilled (10°C) as an aperitif, it will rekindle your passion for chasselas.

This wine is made from a chasselas grape variety grown in integrated production in the terraced vineyards and hand-picked between the end of September and mid-October in the Epesses - Lavaux AOC vineyard.

Distinctions: Gold Medal - Mondial du Chasselas 2020 and Silver Medal - Selection of Vaud 2020 wines.

Handcrafted made in small quantities, Gin du Vallon is distinguished by its fresh and floral aromas. All stages of production are carried out by hand in the Le Vallon district of Lausanne. The herbs include juniper berries, lemon zest, laurel, cardamom, oriental spices, different kinds of pepper and smoked tea. 40% vol. of alcohol

Chasselas La Montardière is made from a white grape variety originating from the Lake Geneva basin (Tartegnin VD).

It has a limpid pale yellow colour and offers a discreet nose with aromas of lime blossom, white peach and pear.

Ideal served chilled between 10° and 12° as an aperitif, with cheese or freshwater fish dishes.

Awards: this wine was awarded the silver medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles as well as the Terravin gold label.

Petite Versailles Villette is a dry white wine (vol. alc. 12.2 %) fermented for a long time at low temperature in enamelled steel vats.
Served well chilled (10°C), it presents fruity, fond and charming notes. The rapid ripening of this wine makes it the troubadour of the aperitif from spring onwards.
Ideal with fish, seafood and cheese dishes.

This wine is made from a Chasselas grape variety grown in integrated production in the terraced vineyards and hand-picked between the end of September and mid-October in the Villette Lavaux AOC vineyard.

Chasselas 2018 of the Domaine de la Croix in Bursins 

This white wine with a pale colour offers a discreet nose with white fruit notes, which we find in the mouth in an intense way. The mouth is fresh, long, mineral, with a very fine carbonic. A lemony note is also present on the finish.

This Chasselas with notes of citrus and peaches will be perfect for your aperitifs. It is a joyful, fruity wine with a light carbonic. It is full of freshness.

A blend of Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir and Dornfelder, this wine has a dark garnet colour and offers a very elegant nose with beautiful fruity (black fruit) and slightly spicy notes.

The palate is rich, supple and structured at the same time. It is fresh, delicate, with beautiful, very fine tannins. It is a greedy wine, with notes of spices on the finish.

Awards: This wine was named best supermarket blend sold in 2019 by the Bon à Savoir magazine.
